Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through the nose… a slow, deep inhale, filling your lungs completely.

Again, inhale deeply… drawing in peace, stillness, and acceptance.
Exhale slowly… letting go of everything that no longer needs to be carried.
Drop your shoulders. Unclench your jaw. Relax the space between your brows.

Before you step into tomorrow, allow yourself to pause and review today with compassion.
Bring to mind a moment that made you smile.
Perhaps it was a kind word, a shared laugh, the warmth of the sun on your skin.
Hold this moment in your heart. Let gratitude rise within you.
Breathe it in.
Now, reflect on a challenge you faced today.
Was there a moment of frustration? A mistake? A feeling of doubt?
Instead of judgment, offer yourself understanding.
Whisper gently: I did the best I could with what I knew in that moment.
Breathe in self-acceptance.
Breathe out self-judgment.
Now, think of something you learned today, big or small.
