Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. A space that feels safe, warm, and inviting. Sit comfortably, either cross-legged on the floor or in a chair with your feet planted on the earth. Allow your left hand to rest gently on your leg and place your right palm over your heart.
Close your eyes.
Let the outside world fade away.
This is your time.
A time to return home to yourself.
Take a deep breath in through your nose… and exhale through the nose.
Again, inhale slowly… and exhale completely.
With each inhale, feel yourself arriving. With each exhale, feel the weight of the day melting away.
Now, soften.
Drop your shoulders. Unclench your jaw. Let your belly relax.
And as you breathe, feel your body settling into stillness.
Allow your breath to become your guide.
Opening the Heart
There is a sacred space within you. A space untouched by the chaos of the mind. A space that has always held you, even in your most difficult moments.
This space is your heart.
Bring your awareness there now.
As you inhale, imagine your breath moving into your heart, filling it with warmth. As you exhale, let go of anything that feels heavy.
Breathe in love.
Breathe out resistance.
Breathe in light.
Breathe out fear.
Breathe in acceptance.
Breathe out judgment.
With each breath, your heart softens. With each breath, you become more open.
More willing to receive. More willing to give.
Let go of the need to be anything other than what you are in this moment.
You are enough.
As you breathe, feel this truth settling deep into your being.
Guided Heart Meditation
Now, bring your hand to your heart. Feel its steady rhythm beneath your palm.
It has been with you since the very beginning. Beating for you. Supporting you. Carrying you through every moment of your life.
Whisper silently: “I am here. I am listening.”
Now, visualize a warm, golden light glowing within your chest. This is the essence of your heart—radiant, infinite, pure.
With every inhale, this light expands, filling your entire being.
With every exhale, it softens any tightness, dissolving old wounds, releasing the past.
As you rest in this light, ask yourself:
"What does my heart need from me today?"
Listen.
There is no need to force an answer. Just allow your heart to speak in its own way, in its own time.
Maybe it asks for gentleness.
Maybe it asks for forgiveness.
Maybe it simply asks to be heard.
Whatever arises, meet it with love.
Allow yourself to feel.
Whatever is present joy, sadness, longing, gratitude—let it flow through you like a river.
No resistance. No judgment. Just allowing.
Because every part of you is worthy of love.
Even the messy parts. Even the broken parts. Even the parts you hide from the world.
All of you is welcome here.
Stay in this space for a moment. Breathe deeply.
Let love hold you.
Returning to the Present
Slowly, begin to bring awareness back to your body.
Wiggle your fingers. Wiggle your toes.
Take a deep breath in… and sigh it out.
When you are ready, gently open your eyes.
Pause for a moment. Notice how you feel.
Carry this softness with you today. Carry this love.
Before you leave this space, ask yourself:
"How can I be more gentle with myself today?"
Take your time. Reflect. Journal if you feel called to.
And remember…
You are worthy.
You are loved.
You are enough.
