Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. A space where the physical world can soften, where the unseen can be felt.
This is a sacred practice. A homecoming to the wisdom that walks beside you, that has always been with you.
Sit comfortably, either cross-legged upon the earth or with your feet firmly planted. Let your hands rest gently on your knees, palms turned upward, an invitation to receive.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose… drawing the breath deep into your belly, expanding your ribs, filling your chest.
And now, a slow, gentle exhale through the mouth… releasing, softening, surrendering.
Again, inhale deeply, feeling the air cleanse you, clear you, awaken you.
Exhale, emptying all that is not needed here.
Drop your shoulders. Unclench your jaw. Let the space between your brows soften.
Feel yourself melting into this moment.
With each inhale, you arrive more fully.
With each exhale, you let go more completely.
There is nowhere else to be. There is nothing else to do.
Only this breath. Only this moment.
The gateway is opening.
Opening the Pathway to Spirit
Beyond the mind, beyond the body, there is a river of wisdom. It flows beneath all things, between all realms, touching the seen and unseen alike.

With every exhale, you become more open, more receptive.
You are being called forward.

Breathe deeply.

In your mind’s eye, a vision begins to form.
Before you stands an ancient doorway.
It is tall, carved with sacred symbols that glow faintly, pulsing with unseen energy.
This is not just any door.
It is the passage to your spirit guides. The entryway to the wisdom that has been waiting for you.
Take a deep breath in.
As you exhale, place your hand upon the door.
Feel its warmth beneath your palm.
Feel it recognize you, welcome you, open to you.
And now, with the gentlest push, step through.
You emerge into a vast, sacred space. Perhaps it is a lush garden, overflowing with color and fragrance. Perhaps it is an ancient temple, silent and still. Perhaps it is the infinite cosmos, stars stretching endlessly in all directions.
Wherever you are, know that it is safe.
This is your sanctuary. A place beyond time. A place of pure truth.
And now, before you, a presence emerges.
This is your guide.
Perhaps they take form before you ,a wise elder, a luminous being, an animal, a shimmering presence of energy.
Or perhaps you do not see them, but you feel them. A warmth in your chest. A tingling along your skin. A deep, knowing presence all around you.
Your guide has been with you always. In every moment of doubt, in every moment of strength.
And now, they have a message for you.
Listen.
Perhaps words arise, quiet but clear.
Perhaps an image forms, a symbol, a vision.
Perhaps you feel only an emotion, a wave of love, of reassurance, of clarity.
Do not force. Do not chase.
Simply allow.
Receive what is given. Trust what arrives.
Breathe deeply.
Rest in this connection.
Stay here as long as you need.
Returning with Wisdom
Slowly, with deep reverence, begin to bring awareness back to the body.
The sacred space begins to fade, but know this, it is never truly gone.
The door remains open. The connection remains alive.
Wiggle your fingers. Wiggle your toes.
Take a deep inhale… and sigh it out.
When you are ready, gently open your eyes.
Pause.
Notice the stillness within you. The clarity. The warmth of knowing you are never alone.
Carry this feeling with you. Let it guide you through your day.

"What message did I receive? How will I integrate it into my life?"
